That the following amendment be included in the wirtten statement:-

NEW S.L.O.

Insert – carry out extension part 2. of planning study Ballyboden Village Area Plan -  as agreed in previous Development Plan.

REPORT:

It is considered that a plan of the scale suggested in the motion is neither necessary, nor appropriate in the context of the existing policies and objectives contained within the  Draft Development Plan.

Manager’s Recommendation:

That this motion not be adopted.
