MOTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

To add a specific local objective facilitating provision of a new Educate Together second-level school for Lucan.

REPORT:

The wording of the proposed SLO does not refer to particular site and is not considered appropriate for inclusion as an SLO. Notwithstanding this the Planning Authority is supportive of facilitating the Department of Education and Science in the provision of improved educational facilities within the County.

That this motion not be adopted
