MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That the following amendment be included in the written statement:-

1.3.36.ix Policy SCR47: Swimming Pools

Add  it is an objective to have at least one swimming pool initially in each electoral area within the County .

REPORT:

The Draft Development Plan provides for the provision of swimming pools in appropriate and accessible locations, meeting identified community needs in accordance with a programme of works for  swimming pools in the County.

Manager’s Recommendation:

It is recommended that this Motion not be adopted.
