MOTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

Add an additional Specific Local Objective as follows:

Take-in-charge the Brookvale Estate Open Space and develop the area at the top of Esker Hill as a Viewing Location for views over Lucan Village and the Liffey Valley.

REPORT:

Taking in charge operates under a separate legislative function and is not considered appropriate for inclusion as an SLO. With respect to the development of a viewing location, there are no objections to its inclusion as an SLO

Manager’s Recommendation:

That this motion be amended to read ‘ To seek to develop the area at the top of Esker Hill as a Viewing Location for views over Lucan Village and the Liffey Valley.’
