SPECIFIC LOCAL OBJECTIVES

Add;

"Wellington Lane:

Ensure the appropriate development of the former Burmah Garage site on Wellington Lane, Dublin 6w, and the surrounding area adjoining the River Poddle. Such development will ensure that the river remains overground and will provide an attractive vista towards Tymon Park for nearby residents and passers by."

REPORT:

At present there exists a valid outstanding permission for development of this site. At the time of reporting a current application is under consideration for amendments to an already approved permission. This application will be assessed and decided on prior to the Draft Development Plan becoming operational. It is not considered appropriate to include an SLO for this site when there is an outstanding permission for development.
