MOTION: Councillor S. Crowe

That the Plan encourages and facilitates an assessment of all Local Authority housing stock in the County with regard to access for those who are elderly or have physical impairments.

REPORT:

It is considered that the issue of an assessment of all Local Authority Housing Stock with regard to access for those who are elderly or have physical impairments is not appropriate for the County Development Plan.

Manager’s Recommendation:

It is recommended that this Motion not be adopted.
