MOTION NO. 100

MOTION: Councillor S. Crowe

That the Plan encourages and will facilitate the concept of good neighbours and neighbourhoods and the issuing and promotion of a Charter of Good Behaviour  involving residents to encourage an inclusive community spirit and agrees to establish a pilot in the Springfield area of Tallaght that currently has a large proportion of rented housing.

REPORT:

It is considered that the issue of promotion of Charter of Good behaviour for residents is not appropriate for the County Development Plan.

Manager’s Recommendation:

It is recommended that this Motion not be adopted.
