MOTION: Councillor D. Keating

Reference - Liffey Valley - to propose: "It is the policy of the Council that a Special Area of Landscape Character Area be designated to the Liffey Valley."

REPORT:

It is considered that the Draft Plan has in place a series of policies and objectives to protect and enhance the amenity that is the Liffey Valley including its designation as a Landscape Character Area in Schedule 7 of the Draft Plan.

Manager’s Recommendation:

No change to Draft Development Plan required.
