MOTION: Councillor D. Keating

Under Archaeological and Agricultural - Section 2 - ref. 4.3.7.i - proposed to add the following sentence "The council also recognises and will promote the Liffey Valley as having major tourist attraction potential."

REPORT:

The Development Plan recognises the Liffey Valley as having major tourist attraction potential and will seek to promote it as such.

Manager’s Recommendation:

It is recommended that the motion be adopted and section 4.3.7.111 amended to include  

“The Council recognises and seeks to promote the Liffey Valley as having major tourist attraction potential”
