MOTION NO. 103

MOTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

In Section 1.4.14 Street Networks, add a paragraph after “public transport and the car.” At the end of the first paragraph, as follows:

“The Development Plan will incorporate the principles set out in the policy document on cul-de-sacs adopted by the Council.”

REPORT:

Section 1.4.14 of the Draft Development Plan seeks to ensure that, in general, existing cul-de-sacs will remain closed thereby reflecting the policies set out in the policy document adopted by the Council. 

Managers Recommendation:

 No change to the Draft Development Plan.
