That the elected members condemn the decision by the Government to reduce by almost €3M the funding to this Council for this year, and the risk to jobs and services that this savage cut poses.

REPLY:

If the motion is passed the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government will be advised about the concerns raised by the members and asked to consider a review of the 2009 allocation from the local government fund to South Dublin County Council.
