1.    Application for a Countywide Grant.

Application for a grant under the Council’s Community Grants Scheme has been received from the organisation listed below. Payment of grant to this organisation, in accordance with the conditions of the Scheme, in the amount set out hereunder, is recommended for approval:-

2.    Community Linkage Fund

At the final meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Tallaght IAP Scheme held on 15^th June 2009, it was agreed that the sustainability of Fettercairn Horse Project would be considerably supported by the release of additional funding.  Accordingly it was recommended that grant aid in the sum of €40,000 under the Community Linkage Fund be awarded to Fettercairn Horse Project. 

It is hereby recommended that the Council approve this additional funding in the sum of €40,000 to Fettercairn Horse Project.
