"That the Manager investigates the feasiblity of removing or reducing the height and size of the ramp outside, 9 The Crescent, Millbrook Lawns, as it is causing serious noise disturbances to residents in the vicinity of the ramp due to it's size, causing cars' underside to hit the ramp".

REPORT:

The ramp in question has been inspected. The ramp is in good condition and the grade of both approaches is standard. There are no plans at present to remove this ramp.
