"To ask the Manager to contact Resident (Details Supplied) to arrange for elimination of anti social Behaviour?"

REPLY:

The resident has been contacted by staff of the Parks Departmenrt and it has emerged that the issue relates to a proposal to extinguish the public right of way and closure of access to the laneway at the rear of Avondale Terrace /St. Peter’s Drive.  As the matter does not involve any public open space under maintenance by the Parks Department, the resident has been advised that the matter is being referred to the Council’s Roads and Development Departments for attention.
