"That this Committee discusses planning application SD09A/0127 with the aid of a full report outlining the changes requested on previous application granted on this site –i.e. new planning application SD09A/0127 situated to the east of Knocklyon Service Station and adjoining detached house 'Hersil' at units 1, 2, 7 and 8 Landy's Industrial Estate. "
REPORT:
SD09A/0127 is an application for alterations to the eastern portion of previously approved site plan (prev. ref. SD07A/0977, PL.06S.2290906. The proposed alterations only affect 14 of the previously approved 24 houses and relate to:
(i) provision of on-curtilage car parking to 5 no. type C houses and 1 no. type F house in lieu of group parking,
(ii) provision of optional conservatories to the rear of all houses,
(iii) minor revision including a reduction in floor area to house type E and E1,
(iv) minor revisions to site layout plan,
(v) minor revisions to elevational treatment of all houses, including the omision of baconies from second floor level.
All on a site of c.0.44 hectares situated to the east of Knocklyon Service Station and adjoining detached house 'Hersil' at units 1, 2, 7 and 8 Landy's Industrial Estate.
A decision will be due on the application on 24th May. No report has been prepared to date.
