MOTION NO. 12

MOTION: Councillor T. McDermott

"That the Manager take action to regularise the laneway linking Greenacre Court to Knocklyon Grove.  It is being used by youths on scrambler motorbikes which are posing a safety hazard to residents particularly children and the elderly."

REPORT:

We have inspected the above location . We require an input from Residents as to the most appropriate and acceptable measures to address their concerns. We shall arrange a  meeting with Residents Representatives and report back to this committee as soon as practicable.
