QUESTION: Councillor E. Walsh

"To ask the Manager to examine the possibilities of controlling traffic in the rear laneways of Greenhills Estate as the size of the laneways allow care to drive all round the estate avoiding the roads and taking into account the traffic associated with gang war fare it could result in serious injuries?"

REPLY:

We require Residents to specify appropriate locations that they agree  might be  suitable for the installation of bollards \barriers.When we have received this information we shall carry out an additional inspection and thereafter submit a report to the next Traffic management Meeting.
