These amendments include the provision of 2 no. 3 storey 4 bedroom detached houses (F1 type) & 14 no. 3 storey 2 bedroom semi-detached & terraced houses (H type). Permission is also sought for the provision of a side access to unit 18 Peyton Court by detaching unit 17 A 4 bedroom 3 storey house (F1 type) along with the realignment of the road to accommodate these changes & all other ancillary site development works.
