"That the Manager make a report to this Committee on the progress of installing a light in Greenhills Park at the rear of Greenhills College in Greenhills Park as agreed by the Committee and progress of changing the boundry fence at the rear of Greenhills College into Greenhills Park in order to improve the security of the College."

REPORT:

Arrangements are being made for the installation of public lighting in Greenhills Park over the coming months.  The Parks Department is not aware of any commitments or proposals to change the boundary fence between the rear of Greenhills College and Greenhills Park.
