QUESTION NO. 4
QUESTION: Councillor C. Keane
"To ask the Manager to have the Pathway in front of the Post box set into the front wall of the house "Green Royd" on Butterfield Avenue, close to junction with Fairways replaced with some form of hard standing as requested by Res. Assoc. This is in a very muddy state due mainly to Postal collection vans driving up on to the verge. It is a very busy section of the road with double yellow lines starting at the Green Royd gateway and running towards the Marian Road traffic junction, making it difficult to pull in without driving up onto the verge. As the vans must stop to collect post, it would help if a section of the grass verge was replaced with some form of hard standing?"
