MOTION NO. 6

MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"That the Manager give a report on what can be done to stop youths climbing over the wall at the green area between 19 & 21 Willbrook downs to stop anti-social behaviour."

REPORT:

The wall in question forms the boundary between the open space within Willbrook Lawns and the forecourt of the former service station on Whitechurch Road and is the responsibility of the owners of the service station site.  Contact will be made with the site owner to address this matter and a recommendation will be made for the attachment of sections of palisade railing to the top of the wall similar to measures they appear to have already applied to other sections of their boundary wall with the open space.
