"To ask the Manager for the latest position in relation to the boundary treatment to be agreed with Grangebrook residents and what stage this work is at?"

REPLY:

Timber screens were installed between the new houses at Whitechurch Heights and the existing houses at Grangebrook in December 2008. In response to recent representations from the Councillor contact has been made with the residents of Grangebrook to discuss the issue further.
