QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager to outline what the delay is in providing grant suport to WASF athletic club?"

REPLY:

An application has been received from WASF Rathfarnham for a grant to carry out work in Rathfarnham Courthouse.  However, because this is a listed building, staff from Architectural Services have visited the building and need to draft appropriate plans to accommodate its special status and at the same time meet the needs of the WASF Club.  This work will have to be costed and the necessary funding will have to be identified.
