QUESTION: Councillor R. Dowds

To ask the Manager to again write to the Minister for the Environment & Local Government requesting that he meet South Dublin Co. Council concerning the workings of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (first request submitted in late 2007)?

REPLY:

The Department for the Environment and Local Government will be written to requesting a meeting with the Council, and when a reply is received, this Council  will be informed.
