MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager outline, using slides and maps, details of the boundary treatment proposed for Beverly, Knockfield Manor, Orlagh Park and Grove and Woodifeld, in the context of the M50 upgrade and to outline the materials that it is proposed to use for such boundary treatment and a timeline for same."

REPORT:

This section of the M50 contract is being managed by the National Roads Authority and funded by them as a PPP scheme and South Dublin County Council is not involved, However it is likely that the boundary treatment at the location mentioned will be similar in nature to that already put in place along the rest of the M50  meeting the criteria specified in the grant of approval from an Bord Pleanala and the EIS. The EIS is available on the Council website and contains a number of maps.
