MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

"That this Council discusses the outstanding road issues pertaining to Moyville Lawn – paths repair within the estate and the condition of the entrance road." 

REPORT:

The Moyville Lawn entrance road is of concrete slab construction and is not in need of immediate repairs or replacement. The footpaths in the estate have been surveyed as part of the Countywide footpath survey. Based on prioritisation, it is not proposed to carry out works to the Moyville Lawn footpaths in 2009. However emergency repairs will continue to be carried out where required. Roads Dept will continue to monitor the area.
