Derelict Sites in Tallaght

The following is a list of all live derelict site cases within the Tallaght area:

DS 1608	16 Swiftbrook Park	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	S11 Notice expired.  Area Engineer instructed to re-inspect site to establish if necessary works carried out.
DS 1568	27 Drumcairn Avenue	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	Summons issued by Law Dept.  Case listed for hearing in Tallaght District Court.
DS 1621	Site at entrance to Suncroft Drive, Jobstown Road	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	S11 Notice expired.  Area Engineer instructed to re-inspect site to establish if necessary works carried out.
DS 1581	353 Daletree Road, Ballycullen	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	S11 Notice expired.  Area Engineer instructed to re-inspect site to establish if necessary works carried out.
DS 1484	Site at entrance to Homelawn Villas	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	It was established that part of the site is owned by South Dublin County Council which has now been cleaned up by Parks Department.  Area Engineer instructed to inspect area not in the ownership of the Council
DS 1607	Ballycragh House, Old Ballycullen Road	Deemed derelict following inspection by Area Engineer	Site entered on Derelict Sites register. S8(1) S8(7) Notice served.
