Proposed extinguishment of public right of way adjacent to 1 Sylvan Drive, Kingswood Heights, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Map Ref: RE 0901.

 

An application together with a petition signed by fourteen local residents (8 Houses) has been received from a resident of  Sylvan Drive, to formally extinguish the public right-of-way adjacent to No 1 Sylvan Drive, Kingswood Heights, Tallaght,  Dublin 24.  It is proposed to affect the closure by means of incorporation into a new front garden.

The land in question which is a strip of grass margin is in charge of the Council.  This land is registered under folio: 7343F to Owenabue Ltd.

If the Committee agree the procedure to extinguish the public right-of-way as listed above will be initiated.
