MOTION: Councillor J. Hannon

"That, given the continuous dumping, burning out of cars, and the resultant danger to the residents coupled with the difficulty that would arise were the emergency services to be required, the Manager take action to either re-open or provide an alternative access for the residents at Kiltalown Lane."

REPORT:

The junction of Kiltalown Lane and the N81 Bleesington Road was closed when the adjacent signalised junction was provided, as this signalised junction provides significant improvements in both alignment and visability. This matter will be addressed when the N81 Improvement Scheme takes place.
