"To ask the Manager for an update on the Ballyroan Community Centre and Parish Centre Projects?"

REPLY:

Tenders were invited for above projects and the final day for receipt of tenders is February 5^th 2009.

The assessment / recommendation regarding tenders received will then follow.

 When the contract is awarded work will take place on a phased basis.

 Phasing of work / completion dates will be the subject of discussion between Architectural Services Department , Community Services Department and the successful contractor.
