"That the Manager prioritise the resurfacing and reinstatement of the busy footpath between the pedestrian lights on Ballyroan Road (outside no. 177) and Anne Devlin Park, as the footpath is in a very poor and dangerous condition, particularly for elderly pedestrians."

The works as described have been included in the 2009 Programme of works. It is intended to start to work in the coming weeks.
