Quarterly Anti Social Behaviour Report

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR IN THE TALLAGHT AREA FOR FOURTH QUARTER, OCTOBER -DECEMBER 2008
The table below provides statistical analysis of anti social activity in the Tallaght area on a quarterly basis. In the final quarter of 2008, a total of 135 incidents of anti social behaviour were recorded on foot of which 498 investigative actions were taken. This represents a ratio of 4 no. actions per incident which represents a % increase of 2% on the previous quarter. In the final quarter of 2008 there were 172 working files.
Incidents of anti social behaviour are categorised in accordance with the Council's Anti Social Behaviour Policy Document which was adopted by the Elected Members in 2005 R:\ANTI SOCIAL DOCUMENTS\ASB Policy OCT 06.doc

The Council, through the office of its EstateManagement Team host weekly Housing Clinics at locations listed below.
Members of the public are encouraged to utilise these clinics for purpose of discussing housing related matters including incidents of anti social behaviour in respect of which all such matters are treated with confidentiality. The clinics are attended by the Estate Officer for the area and the local Community Garda.
Mary Mercer Centre, Jobstown – Every Thursday 11.00am – 12.00pm
Glenshane/Rossfield - Every Friday 11am - 12 noon
Killinarden Community Centre – Every Friday 11am - 12 noon
Fettercairn Community Centre – Every Wednesday 10.45am -11.45am
