"That this Committee calls on the Manager to have the exit road at Rosemount shopping centre onto Marian road widened to stop large delivery vehicles driving up onto the green area at the front of the Holy Spirit church."

REPORT:

On inspection , it is not clear whether the encroachment onto the green area results from an isolated incident or happens on a more frequent basis ---we will monitor this location to establish which  is the more accurate before we would recommend the carrying out of works to alter the existing  "road\carpark\ greenarea  layout" and seek the required funding for same.
