QUESTION: Councillor K. Warren

“To ask the Manager if an additional public light can be installed on the pedestrian walkway at the top of Parkhill Lawns which allows residents in Kilnamanagh to access the Luas on the Embankment Road and while two lights are in operation on this pedestrian walkway, if an additional light can be considered at this time, given the fact that the public lighting to date is not sufficient, and  is rather dim, and as a means of improving visibility along this very busy walkway, that this request could be acceded to as soon as possible, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

REPLY:

An additional light will be provided on the pedestrian walkway  to supplement the 2 No. existing lights that have been recently installed.  This additional light should be installed within the next month.
