MOTION NO 7.

MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"That the Manager have the Parks Department set up a plan for the green area in this Councils ownership, between Hermitage Estate and Park Avenue leading from St. Enda’s Grange Road to the roundabout at Nutgrove to include.

1.Landscape the area to a public park standard

2.Extend the footpath down to Park Avenue

3. Trim back the existing trees and shrubs to a public park standard."

Representatives of the Residents Associations for Hermitage Estate and Park Avenue are invited to make contact with the Parks & Landscape Services Department to arrange a meeting to discuss proposals for landscape improvement works in this area.
