QUESTION: Councillor C. Brophy

"To ask the Manager to remove a tree (* details supplied) as the tree is breaking both the footpath and the garden wall of the house at this location.  This tree was inspected by the Council over 12 months ago and the residents were informed that the tree would be removed due to the damage it was causing and no action has been taken to remove it?"

The tree at this location will be removed as part of the 2008/09 Arboricultural Programme.
