QUESTION: Councillor E. Maloney

"To ask the Manager to state whether the planning permission granted to Crannock Construction Ltd, some years ago, at the site of address ...*Details Supplied, has expired ? If so, does this site now constitute a derelict site ?".        

REPLY:

Permission was granted to Mr. Frank Kiernan for two (2) three bedroom houses at the site of address -----*Details supplied, on 23^rd January 2006 (Reg Ref. SD05A.0735 refers). A Final Grant issued in respect of this permission on 8^th March 2006.  

This permission expires therefore on 7^th March 2011.

The matter is being referred to the Development Department for an inspection to be arranged to establish if the site is in a derelict condition.
