"To ask the Manager to investigate the pilot programme advanced by Fingal County Council in respect of Ongar whereby the council aims to provide/assist with training of residents to enable them to function efficiently as Directors of Management Companies, with a view to the Manager replicating this scheme in an estate/estates in Tallaght South?"
