QUESTION: Councillor C. Brophy

"To ask the Manager to provide a update on the redevelopment plans for Greenhills park as agreed with the local football club and if drawings are available to provide them?"

REPLY:

Officials from the Parks Department and representatives of Greenhills Football Club have been in regular contact.  At a meeting in August 2008, it was agreed that the Parks Department would prepare landscape drawings for proposed improvements to Greenhills Park.

Outline proposals are being prepared by the Parks Department and will be brought to a future meeting of the Terenure - Rathfarnham Area Committee.
