QUESTION NO. 13
QUESTION: Councillor E. Walsh
"To ask the Manager to report on any plans to alleviate parking problems or traffic congestion in the areas of South Dublin County around Crumlin Cross, particularly given the recent granting of permission for the redevelopment of the Ashleaf Centre, and on the outcome of any talks with the applicant related to traffic and parking concerns expressed by local residents?"
REPLY:
The parking arrangements at Crumlin Cross are considered suitable and it is not intended to make any alterations to the public roads in the South Dublin County Council part of this junction. The roadways adjoining the site offer two lanes for approaching traffic and are considered adequate.
