QUESTION: Councillor K. Warren

“To ask the Manager when the much promised pathway off the open space between Sycamore and Forest in Kingswood Heights will be established by the Council as promised earlier this year, as a means of helping Luas passengers access their homes in a speedier fashion, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

REPLY:

The provision of a footpath across the open space between Sycamore and Forest Estates in Kingswood has now commenced on site. Unfortunately the completion of this work has been delayed due to the inclement weather and unsuitable ground conditions for most of the summer months.
