MOTION NO. 3

MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager prepares a master plan for the open space at Orlagh Grove to be designed in conjunction with the Boherboy water scheme completion."

REPORT:

As part of the Boherboy Water Scheme all areas impacted upon are to be re-instated to their previous condition, inter alia, any trees removed or damaged are to be replaced, all disturbed grass areas re-instated and all effected boundary treatments (walls/railings) re-instated.

In tandem with the completion of the Boherboy Water Scheme and the completion of all necessary re-instatement works, the Parks Department will assess the area and prepare proposals for review by the Committee and consultation with local residents.
