REPLY:

 

Initiation of High Court Judicial Review of variation of County Development Plan – Golf Village, Fortunestown Lane, Saggart

Place Investments Limited have initiated proceedings in the High Court seeking judicial review quashing the Council’s decision of 12^th May 2008 to vary the County Development Plan in relation to the ‘Golf Village’, Fortunestown Lane, Saggart.

Legal advice has been sought on the matter and Senior Counsel engaged.  The matter is now sub judice.
