MCHUGHS SHOPPING CENTRE

This site was inspected by the Area Engineer on the 1st of October, 2008 and is considered to be a derelict site within the definition contained in Section 3 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990.  A Section 11 Notice was served on the owners of this site requiring that necessary works be carried out.  On expiry of the Notice the site will be re-inspected and if the necessary works have not been completed the matter may be referred to the Council's Law Department and legal proceedings may be instituted.
