To ask the Manager to outline where the Council's proposals in relation to the Brown Bin are?

REPLY:

It is intended that that the brown bin roll-out will commence towards the very end of this year, and continue through to early 2009.  Discussions regarding this change in the refuse collection service have been on-going for some time.  As part of the Waste Management Plan it is intended to make a three-bin service available to customers
