QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

To ask the Manager for a time-frame for when Kiltipper Way will be taken-in-charge by this Council?

REPLY:

The necessary taking in charge works on Kiltipper Way are almost completed, by the developer, Messrs. Durkans New Homes Ltd.

The taking in charge drawings are being prepared and it is anticipated that the recommendation for taking in charge will be made in early 2009.
