Proposed initiation of procedure to extinguish the public right of way at the rear of 58/62 and 63/68 Balrothery Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

REPORT:

An application was received from the residents of Balrothery Estate to formally extinguish the public right-of-way at the rear of 58-62 and 63-68 Balrothery Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24, due to anti social behaviour.  It is proposed to effect the closure by means of a wall and gate.  

If the Committee agree, the procedure to extinguish the public right-of-way as above will be initiated.
