That this Committee supports the retention of the land located between No 3 and 5 Inis Thiar, Old Bawn as dedicated open-space.

REPORT:

The area between No.3  & No.5, Inis Thiar, Old Bawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24,  is the site of planning application Reg. Ref. SD08A/0567 for 2 No. Dormer Bungalows with vehicular access for off-street car parking. No decision has been made on this application as yet- a decision is due on this application is due on or before the 8^th of October 2008. The comments and decision of this Area Committee will be noted.
