FILLING OF VACANCIES ON VARIOUS COMMITTEES FOLLOWING CO-OPTION OF COUNCILLOR DOROTHY CORRIGAN

Following the co-option of Councillor D. Corrigan on 14^th July 2008 to fill the vacancy caused due to the death of Cllr Billy Gagarty (RIP) a number of vacancies exist on the following committees/statutory bodies previously held by Cllr Gogarty:

• Transportation Strategic Policy Committee
• Economic Development (incl Planning and Development) Strategic Policy Committee
• Sports, Recreation, Community Development and Parks Strategic Policy Committee
• Dublin Mid-Leinster Regional Health Forum
• Liffey Valley Management Advisory Committee

It is a matter for the Council to appoint replacement (s) to the above positions and this is now before the Members for consideration.
