MOTION: Councillor M. Ardagh

"To ask the Manager to provide double yellow lines at the entrances to Fortfield Park and Fortfield Drive to improve safety at these locations?"

REPORT:

We have re- inspected the above locations and report as follows

(1)  Fortfield Drive ---- Existing Double Yellow Lines are deemed sufficient.

(2)  Fortfield Park ---- Installation of  Double Yelllow Lines will be recommended to Traffic Management Meeting  in September 2008.
